How to Purchase a Stock Garage Plan

We’ve streamlined the process so you can get started in just a few clicks. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Choose Your Garage Width

All of our garage plans are organized by width — for example, 10', 12', 14', all the way up to 24'. Start by selecting the width that works for your space.

Step 2: Select Your Garage Depth and Foundation

Once you’re on a product page, you’ll be able to choose your garage depth (e.g., 20', 24', 30', etc.) from the available options.

You’ll also be asked to choose the type of foundation:

• Slab on Grade – A common and cost-effective option for smaller garages.
• Concrete Block Frost Wall – Often required for larger garages due to Ontario Building Code requirements.

Some stock garage plans are only available with a frost wall foundation. If you need a slab on grade for these larger designs, no problem — we can customize the plan and provide the required engineered drawings.

Step 3: Add to Cart and Checkout

Once your size and foundation type are selected, simply click “Add to Cart.” When you view your cart and proceed to checkout, you’ll be prompted to fill in your project details, including:

• Homeowner’s full name
• Project address
• Municipality
• Email address (to deliver the digital PDF set)

That’s it! Complete your checkout and we’ll email your permit-ready garage plans directly to you.

If you'd like to personalize your garage beyond the standard options, our customization process is just as easy.

Here’s how to customize a stock plan:

After selecting the garage width, depth, and foundation, click the "Customize Garage Plan" button located just below those options.

From there, you can select from a list of affordable customizations, including:

• Increase wall height – $30
• Change the type of siding – $30
• Add, move, or change windows and doors – $50
• Add drywall and insulation – $30
• Change roof pitch – $45
• Change roofing material – $30
• Need something else? Select Additional Services for a $100 deposit (further fees may apply depending on complexity)

Once You’ve Selected Your Custom Options:

Click Add to Cart and follow the same easy checkout steps:

1. Enter project details (name, address, municipality, email)
2. Complete your purchase
3. We’ll get to work customizing your garage plan and sending you everything you need for permit submission
