At Ontario Garage Plans, we specialize in providing high-quality, permit-ready garage plan packages. Because our products are digital, our fulfillment and delivery process is different from traditional shipping.

Delivery Method

All garage plans are delivered digitally in PDF format via email. You will receive your plans at the email address provided during checkout.

Processing Time

  • Standard Plans: Digital garage plans are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed.

  • Customized Plans: If you've selected a customization add-on, delivery may take 5–10 business days, depending on the scope of your request.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received and another when your plans have been delivered.

Shipping Fees

There are no shipping fees as all plans are delivered electronically.

Incorrect Email Address

Please double-check your email address before placing your order. If the email address provided is incorrect and you do not receive your plans, please contact us at planman@ongarageplans.ca so we can resend them to the correct address.

Order Issues or Non-Delivery

If you haven’t received your garage plans within the estimated time frame, please:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder.

  2. Ensure your inbox can receive large PDF attachments.

  3. Contact us directly at planman@ongarageplans.ca with your order number.
