Refund policy

Refund & Order Change Policy

At Ontario Garage Plans, we strive to ensure each order is handled with care and precision. Due to the nature of digital and customized architectural drawings, we have established the following refund and order change policy:

Refunds

• Refunds are only available prior to the start of the drawing process.
  If we have not yet begun working on your garage plan, a full refund may be issued upon request.

• No refunds will be issued once the drawing process has started or plans have been delivered (digitally or otherwise), whether completed or in progress.

Order Changes

• Wrong Garage Package Ordered
  If the incorrect garage plan or customization option was selected at checkout and we have not yet begun work on your order, we will gladly reprocess your order with the correct specifications.
  Please note: Additional charges may apply depending on the price difference between packages or added custom options.

• Changes After Order is Processed or Delivered
  If changes are requested after the order has been processed or plans delivered, a $50 administrative fee will apply, in addition to:

  • Customization Fees, based on the nature of changes requested.

  • Hourly Design Time billed as follows:

    • First hour: $100

    • Additional time: $87/hour
