Need a Customization? It's Easy.

We make it simple to tailor any of our stock garage plans so your new garage fits your exact needs. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Purchase a Stock Plan

Start by choosing the garage plan that’s closest to what you need.
✅ All plans include 1 garage door and 1 entry door
✅ Garages 24' x 24' or smaller come with your choice of slab on grade foundation or concrete block foundation wall at no extra cost
✅ All plans are permit-ready and meet the Ontario Building Code

Step 2: Click the “Customize Garage Plan” Button (Optional Add-On)

If you’d like to make changes to your stock plan, click the “Customize Garage Plan” button.
This will show you a list of available custom options — each with a small additional charge.

Customization options include:

• Wall height – $30
• Exterior siding – $30
• Windows & doors – $50
• Insulation / drywall – $30
• Roof pitch – $45
• Roof material – $30
• Additional services / design consultation – $100 deposit (additional fees may apply)

Step 3: Describe Your Changes

For some options — like Windows & Doors or Additional Services — you’ll be asked to fill out a text box describing your changes in as much detail as possible.

👉 Example for Windows & Doors:
“Add one 48x48 inch horizontal slider window centered on the right wall when looking at the garage door”
“Move the 36x80 entry door to the right wall”

If we need clarification, we’ll reach out to you directly.

Step 4: Review & Confirmation

Once we receive your order and customization details:

• We’ll review your request and confirm everything is clear.
• If additional design work or fees are required (for example, for custom changes not listed), we’ll provide a quote before proceeding.

Step 5: Get Your Customized Plan

Your revised, permit-ready garage plan will be delivered digitally — typically within 3–5 business days.
